Closing Board Co. ("we") makes engraved closing gifts for real estate agents. This page explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• From you when you order: your name, email, billing details (handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number), your logo, and the details you send for each board: the family name, your note and a shipping address.
• About your buyers: the family name and shipping address you give us, used only to make and ship that board.
• When you email us: your message and email address.
• For outreach: we may email real estate agents at email addresses they publish or that appear on public license lists, with their name, brokerage and public logo. Reply "stop" and we stop.

How we use it

To design, proof, make and ship your boards, to answer you, and to keep basic order records. We don't sell or rent personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

• Stripe, to take payment.
• Our print and engraving partner, which receives the design and the shipping address for each board.
• Our form and email providers, which carry your messages and order details.
• Anyone the law requires.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe's checkout pages may set their own cookies to process payment.

Your choices

Email cal@closingboardco.com to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or to stop hearing from us. Reply "unsubscribe" to any of our emails and we'll stop.
