These terms cover orders from Closing Board Co. ("we"), a Michigan business. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before checkout. Payment is taken by Stripe when you order. A pack is a prepaid set of boards you use over later closings by sending the details for each one.

Proofs

We email a proof for each board. We make the board only after you approve the proof, so please check the spelling of names and your note. What you approve is what gets engraved.

Your logo and content

You confirm you have the right to use the logo, names and text you send us, including any brokerage logo under your brokerage's rules. We use them only to make your boards and to show you proofs.

Shipping

Boards ship within the United States to the address you give us. Please double-check addresses; we ship to the address you send.

The product

Each board is natural wood, so grain and color vary from board to board and from photos and previews. Previews on this site and in our emails are digital renderings.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by Michigan law.
